Self-Critique: Not enough of a focal point. Realized too late that there are in fact three focal points, and none of them are particularly strong. I hoped they would in some way direct the eye to each other, but that is not the case, the river spirit is too small, William is too big, the colors don’t work well with the composition. That being said, I experimented with a style that I enjoyed, so I’ll try again.
